PUBLIC OFFER

for Short-Term House Rental Services

Individual Entrepreneur Oksana Levchenya (hereinafter referred to as the “Host”) offers any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Guest”) to enter into an agreement for temporary accommodation services under the terms described below.

This document constitutes a public offer in accordance with Articles 633, 641, and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Host provides the Guest with short-term accommodation services in a countryside house located in the Kyiv region, village of Derevyana.
1.2. Reservations are made through the Host’s website.
1.3. Confirmation of the booking and payment constitutes full acceptance of this offer.

2. Booking Procedure

2.1. The Guest selects available dates on the website and submits a booking request.
2.2. A booking is considered confirmed after payment or prepayment is completed.
2.3. After confirmation, the Guest receives a notification by email or other communication channel.

3. Payment

3.1. Accommodation prices are indicated on the website and may vary depending on dates, number of guests, or additional services.
3.2. Payment is made online via bank card or other payment methods available on the website.
3.3. Additional services (such as breakfast or activities) may be charged separately.

4. House Rules

4.1. Check-in and check-out times are specified on the website or communicated during booking.
4.2. The Guest agrees to treat the property with care and follow house rules.
4.3. The following is prohibited:

• damaging property

• excessive noise during nighttime

• illegal activities on the premises
  
  

5. Liability

5.1. The Guest is financially responsible for any damage or loss of property.
5.2. The Host is not responsible for personal belongings left in the house.
5.3. In case of force majeure, both parties are released from liability for failure to fulfill obligations.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1. Cancellation terms may depend on the selected rate or booking period and are indicated on the website.
6.2. If cancellation is made within the allowed period, refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for booking.

7. Personal Data

7.1. The Guest agrees to the processing of personal data for booking, payment, and service provision purposes.
7.2. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with Ukrainian law.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. The Host reserves the right to change the terms of this offer without prior notice.
8.2. The current version of the offer is always available on the website.
8.3. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
